today, I went to my friend's house to make bread and some pastries :3
and here we go!


behold, the workplace!!!! apparently, science students have a thing for theory ( recipe books )
and stinks at practical stuff XD


this is evidence! apparently, I was sent to peeling duty.. and I peeled my thumb XD
instead of freaking out, I was like... get the camera for the blog!!!!! I havent got bloodphobia..
it was oozing.. and oozing and oozing... well, u get the picture :D
bwahahahaha! maiku loves the blood \ (eue)/


but my friend saved it in time XD

just wanted to post my brother...
he's peeling the walnuts.. well, he had to do something!
apparently, practically everyone I know says he looks cute.. he's also really famous among the girls...this is cos my beauty genes were all inherited by him >3>


and the sweet potato dies!!! it was frigging hard so the knife kinda got stuck...

I know.. they look more like sausage rolls, we gave up on rolls and made danish treats?
but we feared they would burn.. so we made them into sandwiches.. ^^

never spread too much egg yolk on the surface! or u'll end up with pastries that look like they suffered from the atomic bomb in Nagasaki and Hiroshima!!!!
we wanted to make them look shiny! but ended up with these >3>
but it still tasted lovely >3>
cos I helped made them! and I never.. I mean barely cook!!!!
well, the severed ugly ones were made by my friend, she had to make the sausage rolls.. XD

just because we overadded 1 gram of yeast!
u can smell the fermented smell =3=
but we covered the smell with butter and kaya >:3
